Exiting at junction 13 Southbound: this is signed for Dundrum, and seems like an exit too soon, but just exit onto the roundabout and take the 2nd exit as if going back onto the motorway; there is a long slip road parallel to the motorway which comes up to a junction (at the moment it is traffic lights but will soon be replaced by a left bearing slip road); at the first traffic lights, by the Beacon hotel and hospital turn right; there is a row of motor dealerships on the left, turn in first left amongst these onto Maple Avenue, then first left and first left again on to Rowan avenue.

Exiting at Junction 13 northbound: cross over the motorway to the first lights at the Beacon hotel and hospital, turn right; there is a row of motor dealerships on the left, turn in first left amongst these onto Maple Avenue, then first left and first left again on to Rowan avenue.
